For Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.X

1. Pull down the "Edit" menu and select the "Preferences" option;
2. Select the "Advanced" category in the left hand column.- you should be presented a window similar to the one below;
3. Make certain that the boxes next to "Enabel JavaScript" and "Enable style sheets" are both checked;
4. Click the "O.K" button and click "Back" to return to the previous page. (It may be necessary to
   click the "Reload" button to refresh the display after returning to the initial page.)
